Secrets in the Elephant Room we posted our first three episodes today! Here are the descriptions.

Welcome to The Elephant Room, where we gather in the space between life's big moments and small, awkward truths. Join us as we talk about the messy, beautiful, and hilarious parts of life, love, friendships, and the wild ride of being in our 20's. From growing up to growing together. Expect candid stories and all the secrets that we have tucked away in the Elephant Room. No topic too big or small- we are here to share, learn, and laugh through it all. Hear us as we share the Secrets in the Elephant Room.
Welcome to Secrets in the Elephant Room — where the velvet curtains part, the lights go down, and two twenty-somethings let their chaos shine. In our very first episode, we introduce ourselves, tell the story of how this whirlwind friendship began, and answer some classic get-to-know-you questions… but with a little extra sparkle (and probably too much oversharing).
We’re also starting strong with our first round of Small Elephants — those tiny, probably unnecessary, but completely valid opinions you didn’t ask for but desperately need.
This week in the Elephant Room, the vibes are high and the brain cells are… elsewhere. We dive into the pure serotonin of shopping hauls, our latest book obsessions, and the sometimes messy, always magical world of creativity.
Along the way, we get a little too honest about our guilty pleasures, spill a few of our spiciest takes, and admit to the dreams we’re chasing (and the limiting beliefs trying to hold us back).
✨ What’s the elephant in the room this week? It might just be your self-doubt.
Hi, our names are Dalany and Payton… and we’re workaholics. In this episode, we get real about our borderline toxic relationships with our jobs, what we secretly love about the hustle, and the parts that seriously drain us. We unpack the guilt around slowing down, the impossible quest for “balance,” and why giving yourself permission to do absolutely nothing is a radical act.
We also take a Workaholics Anonymous quiz (spoiler: it told us what we already knew) and end with a chaotic BuzzFeed quiz to figure out how we should be relaxing. Will we actually take the advice? Eh… maybe.
✨ What’s the elephant in the room this week? It’s the burnout you keep pretending isn’t there.
